{"id":2421,"date":"2022-02-17T12:19:44","date_gmt":"2022-02-17T12:19:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/flh-expertise.com\/?p=2421"},"modified":"2023-10-18T18:39:28","modified_gmt":"2023-10-18T18:39:28","slug":"subventions-disponibles-pour-les-nouveaux-employes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/flh-expertise.com\/ro-ro\/subventions-disponibles-pour-les-nouveaux-employes\/","title":{"rendered":"Subven\u021bii disponibile pentru noii angaja\u021bi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>In continuarea programelor din anii trecu\u021bi, de \u00eencurajare a firmelor care angajeaz\u0103 personal, Fran\u021ba reediteaz\u0103 subven\u021biile pentru angajarea de \u0219omeri. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Programul Emploi Francs se adreseaz\u0103 celor care angajeaz\u0103 \u0219omeri din zone defavorizate, \u0219i const\u0103 \u00eentr-o subven\u021bie de pan\u0103 la 5000 Euro pe an, pe o durata de 3 ani. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La o prima vedere, condi\u021biile par restrictive \u0219i riguroase, dar la o analiza mai atent\u0103 suntem siguri ca cei care au firme \u00een Ile de France vor \u00een\u021belege imediat sa-i trimit\u0103 pe viitorii angaja\u021bi pe la P\u00f4le Emploi in caz ca nu sunt deja \u00eenscri\u0219i. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>G\u0103si\u021bi mai jos detaliile programului: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Intre 01 aprilie 2018 \u0219i 31 decembrie 2019<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Angaja\u021bi un \u0219omer care locuie\u0219te \u00eentr-un cartier prioritar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In contract CDI sau CDD de cel pu\u021bin 6 luni<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u0218i beneficia\u021bi de un ajutor de p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een 5000 Euro\/an timp de 3 ani<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Subven\u021bia se acord\u0103 pro rata \u00een func\u021bie de durata muncii (ore) \u0219i a contractului. Pentru o norma \u00eentreag\u0103, \u00een CDI 5000 euro pe an, timp de 3 ani, \u00een CDD 2500 euro pe an, timp de 2 ani. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Care sunt condi\u021biile de \u00eendeplinit pentru a solicita subven\u021bia?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Angaja\u021bi un \u0219omer, \u00eenscris la P\u00f4le Emploi, care locuie\u0219te \u00eentr-un cartier prioritar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In CDI sau CDD de cel pu\u021bin 6 luni<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Angajatorul s\u0103 fie o firma sau o asocia\u021bie care pl\u0103te\u0219te cotiza\u021bii la \u0219omaj<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Angajatul s\u0103 nu fi fost anterior salariatul dvs. \u00een ultimele 6 luni<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u0103 nu fi concediat pe cineva \u00een ultimele 6 luni din postul respectiv pe motive economice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De notat: Dac\u0103 aceste condi\u021bii sunt \u00eendeplinite, pute\u021bi recruta un \u0219omer indiferent de v\u00eerst\u0103, studii, vechime la P\u00f4le Emploi, si nivelul salariului. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Loca\u021biile vizate: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Persoana pe care o angaja\u021bi trebuie s\u0103 locuiasc\u0103 \u00eentr-unul din cartierele prioritare  urm\u0103toare:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00centreg departamentul 93 Seine-Saint Denis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zonele Roissy Pays de France si Cergy-Pontoise in Val d\u2019Oise<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zonele Grand Paris Sud Seine Essonne S\u00e9nart englobant \u00c9vry \u0219i Grigny in Essonne\nsi \u00een Seine-et-Marne<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Metropola european\u0103 Lille (MEL)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Metropola Aix Marseille Provence<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comunitatea Angers Loire M\u00e9tropole <a href=\"http:\/\/www.travail-emploi.gouv.fr\/emplois-francs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pentru a cunoa\u0219te lista completa a cartierelor vizate, intra\u021bi pe www.travail-emploi.gouv.fr\/emplois-francs<\/a> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cum pute\u021bi beneficia de ajutor? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Va trebui sa completa\u021bi formularul de cerere de ajutor si \u00eel trimite\u021bi la P\u00f4le Emploi la cel mult 2 luni de la semnarea unui contract de munca<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u0103 cere\u021bi persoanei pe care dori\u021bi sa o angaja\u021bi atestarea sa de \u00eenscriere la P\u00f4le Emploi unde i se men\u021bioneaz\u0103 adresa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un justificativ de domiciliu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">S\u0103 verifica\u021bi dac\u0103 adresa persoanei pe care o angaja\u021bi se g\u0103se\u0219te \u00eentr-unul dintre cartierele eligibile. Pentru aceasta este suficient s\u0103 verifica\u021bi adresa acestuia pe site-ul sig.ville.gouv.fr\/recherche-adresses-qp-polville.
